TUESDAYS. 8pm - 9pm
September 17 - October 8, 2019.
This 4-week workshop is an intensive introduction and opportunity to train in the Spanish style of Bachata Sensual, characterized by circular movements and open body isolations. Designed for dancers already familiar with Latin partnerwork and the basic steps of bachata.
We will have a heavy emphasis on technique that allows for safe and enjoyable social dancing. Fundamental "building blocks" of Bachata Sensual will be introduced so that leads can learn to create their own beautiful bachata patterns that followers can dance with ease, in both open and closed connections.
