This is the perfect place to start. The Intro courses allow you to start from scratch, learning each dance the right way. Proper technique, high-quality instruction by experts, and a welcoming environment is what will greet you in your first course with us.

Class capacity varies based on studio size and dance style. To participate in adult class, you must be 18 years of age or older.

Yes, you must sign up for the full course ahead of time. This allows us to monitor lead/follow ratios, and class structure.

Please arrive 10 min before your class starts. Latecomers are not allowed in the class later than 15 minutes after class start time. You will be charged for your class if you are not in class on time.

We enforce a strict No Outdoor Shoes policy to keep our dance floors clean and safe. If it's snowing or raining, wet shoes will not be allowed on the dance floor. We have a great in-studio store where you can purchase dance shoes, Latin heels and more.

Dress in casual clothing that you can easily move in. Shoes must have a smooth and flexible sole. Heels are recommended for followers, and must be secure to the foot.

No partner is required. You will be dancing with all dancers in the class during our partner rotations.

There on-street parking directly outside the studio on the North side of Dupont St. There is free on-street parking on the South side of Dupont St. Parking on either side of the street is prohibited on Mon-Fri from 7am-9am and 4pm-6pm. All parking is free after 6pm.

There is free parking at our oakville location.
