For the sassy and sensual side of every woman!
This dance class is designed to create fun atmosphere for women to learn how to
come into their own confident way of movement! You will learn style, technique,
and get your sweat on!
The class will lead you through a dance movement warm up and
stretch followed with some across the floor movement then into a fun routine
that we will keep adding onto throughout the 4-Week session.
Attire: bare feet or clean rubber-heeled shoes with a flexible sole, and stretchy clothes you can sweat in!
This is an all-levels class!

Sharp, smooth, graceful and electric,
learn how to add style to your salsa dancing!
Ladies Salsa Styling class is a unique workshop that focuses on that
burning question for female salsa dancers, "What do I do with my arms
and body?!". Whether it's a simple basic, or multiple turns, this class
will teach you how to hold your arms and upper body with grace and
style while incorporating strong technique and unique styling elements
from head to toe. This is an all levels and a must for Salsa dancers
looking to improve their following skills. Taught by Estelle Nicolaidis
Must have basic Salsa experience!

Aaliyah became one of the fastest rising performers and brought music video dance routines to the next level with her original, creative and smooth R&B style Hip Hop and Street Funk. This class will revisit some of our favourite Aaliyah music video routines, like "Rock the Boat", "Try Again", and "Are you that Somebody".
